AN EXCITING AND FUN JOURNEY WITHIN
Intuitive painting is the merging of art and spirituality. Through painting you can connect with your own source of creativity. Intuitive painting can be used as a tool of self-discovery, helping you to understand yourself through color and form. It develops your connection with the source of all that is. This leads to deeper trust of your own internal guidance and creativity.
The class will primarily use the versatile medium of acrylic combined with collage. We will be layering colors and textures and utilizing many different techniques –sponges, pallet knives, spattering and imprinting along with pouring layers of thinned colors onto canvas. While all skill levels are welcome some basic painting skill is preferred.
Most materials will be provided. Canvas board will be provided but if you want to paint on stretched canvas or large sizes you will need to provide that. Basic brushes will be provided but if you have your own set you are encouraged to bring them.
